Disposition versions
3. The provisions of this Regulation relating to the storage of contaminated soils do not operate to replace the provisions governing
(1) the treatment of contaminated soils;
(2) the landfilling of contaminated soils;
(3) the landfilling of residual materials;
(4) the final disposal of hazardous materials; or
(5) tailings areas.
